US Champion Shelby Houlihan starts off the action for the BTC in the women's 3000m final on Thursday, March 1st, at 12:15 PM PST. Houlihan is coming off a dominate performance at US Indoor Championships that saw her capture national titles in the 3000m and 1500m.

Two Bowerman Track Club women hop across the pond for the IAAF World Indoor Championships held March 1-4 in Birmingham, England.

BTC steepler Colleen Quigley joins Houlihan on the line in the women's 1500m on Friday, March 2nd, at 11:48 AM (PST). Quigley finished runner-up in the 1500m at US Championships and by the looks of it is just getting started. Both aim to advance to the 1500m final which will be contested on Saturday, March 3rd at 12:39 PM (PST)

USATF Cross Country Championships
The 2016 & 2017 USATF Cross Country National Championships will draw the top runners from around the country to run for bragging rights in the heart of Bend, Oregon at the Rivers Edge Golf Course. The course is sure to send the fittest athlete home with the title and the cash!
The USATF Cross Country National Championships will utilize the best cross country running terrain in Central Oregon to see which athletes are at the top of their game. The National Championship racing will play out at Rivers Edge Golf Course which played host to the 2013 USATF Club Cross Country National Championships. Although the course is largely the same in terrain we have made some key updates to enhance the athletes experience.

Emily Infeld and Betsy Saina get the BTC started at the Olympics running the final of the women's 10k. Coming off a bronze medal at last year's World Championships, Emily will look to further establish herself on the world stage as she goes for an Olympic medal. Betsy, a member of the world class Kenyan team, expects to contend for a medal as well.
