2023 McMinnville Invite Sign-Up

Congrats and thank you to everyone that came out to The Mook XC today! It was a very fast course and our athletes did well competing and working together. Results for the races can be viewed here.

We have our next race opportunity this upcoming Friday, September 29, at theMcMinnville Invite. Please see below for more details and the sign-up link. Sign-Up is due on Monday, Sept 25th at 12:00pm.

Where: Joe Dancer Park, McMinnville, OR
Registration Due: Monday, Sept 25th at 12:00pm
When:
Girls Open Race: 4:00 pm
Boys Open Race: 4:30 pm
Girls Top 10 Race*: 5:00 pm
Boys Top 10 Race : 5:30 pm

RACE DETAILS:
We will be allowed to enter 10 boys and girls in the Top 10 3,000m. Generally this will go to 11 and Older athletes first. Entry into the Top 10 meet will be based on race results and coaches discretion at practice (ex. an athlete who has not raced yet but coaches are confident will finish in our top 10). All 10 and Under will be entered in the Open Race with a few exceptions based on performance. If you need to run in a specific race due to travel time restrictions, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Team Awards:

The coveted Golden Spikes for 1st Middle School Overall in the Men's and Women's Varsity races.  Silver and Bronze spikes go to the 2nd and 3rd place teams, respectively.

Individual Awards:

The top 12 overall in all 4 races will receive a donut.

Awards Ceremony:

The top 12 in each race will recieve a donut ticket as they finish their race. Donuts may be picked up from the registration tent. The team awards will begin right after the final race at approximately 6pm.
