McMinnville Middle School Invite Sign-Up

The McMinnville Middle School Invite is held at Joe Dancer Park in McMinnville,OR.   For full information, including directions to the meet and times, click the button below.  Travel to the meet is on an individual basis, but we encourage parents to connect and carpool.  For this meet and our other meets this year we recommend that you plan to arrive by an hour before the race to make sure you have enough time to get settled and warm-up prior to the race.  Sign-Up is due Monday at 12:00pm!

Schedule (Friday, September 29th):
Girls Open: 4:00 pm
Boys Open: 4:30 pm
Girls Top 10: 5:00 pm
Boys Top 10: 5:30 pm

We will be allowed to enter 10 boys and girls in the Top 10 3,000m. Generally this will go to 11 and Older athletes first. Entry into the Top 10 meet will be based on race results and coaches discretion at practice (ex. an athlete who has not raced yet but coaches are confident will finish in our top 10). All 10 and Under will be entered in the Open Race with a few exceptions based on performances. If you need to run in a specific race due to travel time restrictions, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Team Awards:

The coveted Golden Spikes for 1st Middle School Overall in the Men's and Women's Varsity races.  Silver and Bronze spikes go to the 2nd and 3rd place teams, respectively.

Individual Awards:

The top 12 overall in all 4 races will receive a donut.

Awards Ceremony:

The top 12 in each race will recieve a donut ticket as they finish their race. Donuts may be picked up from the registration tent. The team awards will begin right after the final race at approximately 6pm.
