PDXC Race Info

Attention BTC Racers!

Tomorrow morning is the Nike PDXC meet at Portland Meadows.  For anyone wondering here is the basic info you need for tomorrow.  When you arrive, look for the big red BTC tents in the tent area.

Schedule:

8:30 AM - Girls Middle School 3,000m Race
8:55 AM - Boys Middle School 3,000m Race
** The race is titled as Middle School, but all BTC kids will race at these times even if they are younger**

When to Arrive:

Please plan to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the race.  We need to have ample time to pass out race bibs.  Group warm-ups will begin 45 minutes prior to the start of the race.

Entry Fee:

Kids racing have free entry.  For parents there is a $5 entry fee.

What to Wear:

For the race kids will wear their BTC jerseys (any shorts are fine).  If you do not have a jersey yet, we will have jerseys for sale at the BTC tent for $20.  Make sure to bring your BTC jackets and other warm clothes for before and after the race as it is supposed to be cool and damp.

Thank you to everyone who signed up.  Here is a link to our full athlete roster for tomorrow.  If you missed sign-up and are still interested in running, you can show up in the morning and we will try to get you entered (no guarantees!).  The race organizers are very busy with a lot of entries so it will be up to them.
