PARKING

Parking is $10.00 per vehicle at PIR.  Every vehicle that comes into PIR that day needs to pay $10.00, this helps pay for this amazing venue.  School buses that are carrying the teams do not need to pay for parking.  
 

MERCHANDISE

Shirts, beanie hats, and other merchandise will be available for sale from $5-$20 so make sure to bring cash.

FINISHER MEDALS

Race finisher medals will be available for $10.  

FOOD

Lunch is also available onsite, there will be hamburgers and hotdogs and all the fixings.  Bring some cash.
 

COURSES

NO SPIKES ALLOWED ON THE RACETRACK - this is a flats/racing flats only course.

This course is at Portland International Raceway.  It begins in the pits, heads up through the interior of the course and around some of the flat backstretch of the track.  then we leave the course to loop around the trails at the exterior near the water and golf course.  We come back onto the racetrack for the last kilometer straightaway to the race car finish line.  This is a course for flats or race flats (no spikes allowed), it's a little under 50% paved racetrack and the rest of the course follow the trails around the perimeter of the track - it should be a lot of fun.  The finish is a 1k dash to the racecar finish line, going for that checkered flag.  Sherwood High School and Uberthons would love you to join us.

PORTLAND 5K

There is an open to the public 5k that starts at 8am.  This is your chance to let your son/daughter know that you too can run a 5k.  It is a Name Your Price registration fee.  Please invite parents and siblings of athletes to join us at the Portland 5k that morning before the Cross Country Invitational.  http://www.portland5krun.com.
